Bird Nest Ice Cream
Sundae Recipe

This ice cream sundae recipe is a fun treat for any Spring day and great way to use up some leftover Easter candy.
I chose to use 2 yellow chicks for this sundae, but made another one with 1 yellow and 1 blue chick. It was equally cute!

Ingredients For Making One:

Chocolate Ice Cream (Breyers works great)

Speckled Easter egg M&M's

Peeps(R) marshmallow chicks

gummy worms

chilled plate

Spaghetti Ice Cream Maker(R) or a potato ricer (keep in freezer until ready to use)

Directions:

Soften the ice cream by placing the whole carton in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Fill the spaghetti ice cream maker or potato ricer with softened ice cream. Break it up a little with a fork.

Squeeze out ice cream in long noodles into a circle on chilled plate. Make a little well in the middle of the ice cream to form a nest.

Place the eggs and 2 birds in the nest. Let the birds share the gummy worm. Serve immediately.
