A Healthy Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe Made In 30 Seconds
To make this chocolate ice cream recipe, you'll need a high powered blender.
I personally recommend the Vitamix.
If you don't have a Vitamix, please don't try this recipe with your "regular" blender. You are likely to ruin it.
If you are in the market for a Vitamix, you can

30 Second Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup half & half
1/8 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup
2 Packets Nestle Rich Chocolate hot Cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups frozen skim milk cubes
1/4 cup crushed ice
Okay, so it takes longer than 30 seconds if you count the time it takes to freeze milk into ice cube trays. (Just keep some frozen cubes in your freezer at all times, and you'll always be ready to go.)
And yes, this is a little less healthy than the other recipes due to the syrup and hot cocoa. It tastes great though-like a Wendy's Frosty.
Put the half & half in first. Add the frozen milk cubes, chocolate syrup, hot cocoa, vanilla, and crushed ice. With the lid securely on, turn the variable speed up to 10, then flip the switch to high speed.
Use your tamper to push the cubes into the blades.
The sound of the motor will change and 4 mounds will appear when done.
Turn off the vitamix immediately to prevent melting.
Enjoy eating your healthy ice cream.
